This sauce is super easy and despite any bad experiences you may have had with blue cheese, trust me, Blue Costello cheese is mild, creamy and delicious!

This sauce can be tossed through pasta (to serve 6); used as a dipping sauce for buffalo chicken wings (about 1kg) or serve as a sauce with your favourite cut of steak ... yum!

Ingredients

  • 200g Blue Costello Cheese 
  • 2 tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

Cooking Steps

Heat cheese and mayo’ in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Stir continuously until cheese has completely melted and ingredients are combined.

Finally, add chive and stir through. Serve immediately with whatever you fancy (see recommendations above).

Makes about 1 cup of sauce … Enjoy!

Another serving suggestion ... use as a sauce with hamburgers, simply spread over the buns. Good for 10 burgers… simple, decadent & delish!!
